Objective: Determine the strengths and weakness of asymptomatic screening for COVID-19 in pregnant women. Analyze results an percentage positives asyntomatic Design: Descriptive retrospective observational study. Setting: Mancha-Centro Hospital (Spain). Population: Asymptomatic women that get to hospital. Methods: Between 12th April 1th June 2020, all pregnancies were screened with diagnostic test SARS-CoV-2. Data collection was done by reviewing medical records. Main outcomes measures: Clinical characteristics, management, treatment, obstetric neonatal outcomes. Results: A total 117 patients routinely using serological tests maternal blood PCR nasopharyngeal exudate detect patients. Of screened, 24 (20.5%) positive at least one two used screening, which 19 (79%) 5 (21%) symptomatic. Conclusions: We recommend universal woman during pandemic because limits symptomatic seen actual literature importance transmission between asymptomatics
